Delete your account and data

An account in Taller Ninja is optional — it only exists so you can back up and restore your own progress. You can delete it yourself at any time, from inside the app. You do not need to ask us.

Delete your account from the app

Open Taller Ninja and go to the Settings tab.
Tap Account and sign in if you are signed out.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Tap it a second time to confirm. Your account and its cloud backup are deleted immediately.

Delete the data stored on your phone

Taller Ninja is local-first: your answers and progress live on your own device. Deleting your account does not touch them, so you can wipe them separately — with or without an account:

Settings → "Delete all my data" removes everything on the device instantly.
Uninstalling the app does the same.

Prefer to email us?

Send a message to [email protected] from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account and all associated data within 30 days and confirm by email. Parents or guardians can use the same address to have a child's account deleted.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Coach conversations	Never stored on our servers — nothing to delete
Data on your own device	Stays until you use "Delete all my data" or uninstall the app
Anonymous crash reports	Not linked to your account or identity; automatically deleted after 90 days

Deleted records disappear from our encrypted infrastructure backups within 30 days. We keep no copy afterwards, and we never sell or share your data.
